Worked flawlessly right out of the box.

This is totally ineffective as a spice grinder. I tried with peppercorns and it jammed after 1 second of grinding and does not work.

I've been relying on this spice grinder for the past few weeks, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of exceptional.It took me a bit time to figure out that you can adjust the grind from fine to coarse by twisting the screw at the bottom, but once I did, it made a world of difference, as I prefer pepper a little corse but dry spices finely ground (I got extra pods)I encountered a minor hiccup when some peppercorns got stuck inside, but here's the kicker: I simply unscrewed the bottom completely, removed the larger pepper chunks, and voila! It was back to its flawless performance.Now that I've experienced its full potential, I can confidently vouch for its effectiveness.Trust me, this grinder is worth every penny.

Boa noite, comprei o moedor e um dos finapods quebrou o eixo com 3 semanas de uso, a peça de plástico apresentava sinais de ressecamento em que inviabilizaria ser culpa do tempo de uso (apenas 3 semanas) e armazenamento (guardava na mesma prateleira dos outros tempeiros).Posteriormente tive dificuldade com o suporte da Spicy onde o atendente atribuiu toda a responsabilidade e garantia pela Amazon, que estou tentando resolver nesse momento.O conceito do moedor é muito bom, realmente traz uma praticidade na cozinha porém pagar um alto valor em um produto que não apresenta uma escolha de materiais de qualidade e oferecer um suporte que apenas atribui culpa a terceiros deixam a desejar e não justifica o investimento.

I am very disappointed. At the beginning it seems great and swapping btw salt and pepper is handy, but soon after I bought it I realised that it is not working properly. The salt and pepper pieces get stuck in the grinding wheel and the machine stops working, and this happens all the time! 50pounds thrown out of the window, and that’s a decent sum for a pepper grinder in my view

The good: I absolutely fell in love with the FinaMill concept and execution of this product. You can easily swap out between different spices & herbs, without touching anything. They are offered in different colors to fit your style, pods and accessories are offered. Once I received my mill it was as promised. It felt good in my hands, the pods swap out fast and easy, and the on/off button is easily engaged. The product works as promised.Now, the bad: FinaMill, why do you not have rechargeable batteries in this unit? IMO it's a failure on the company's part that it doesn't offer this great product in a rechargeable version. They missed the mark by limiting the power source to only batteries. If you use this product a lot or have to mill larger spices it will eat through your power supply. My second complaint which is minor, would be that I've found at times when grabbing the top handle housing it may come apart or undone. Not a big problem but annoying when it happens.Overall, I'm very happy with my product, and love it. I'll be waiting for the rechargeable version if and when it becomes available.VRF
