Best muffin pan I ever used and was surprised how the muffins came out so easily and in the perfect shape. It was very easy to clean too. The only thing I was disappointed about was the cork pan trivet was not included in the box.

Nice pan. Don’t use sharps on this pan. It scratches very easily.

I have been a cook for 50 years... due to family food sensitivities I cook a LOT from scratch and am trying to avoid chemicals as much as possible (just read the ingredients on a can of non-stick spray - looks like lighter fluid to me). My "first run" was a batch of buttermilk blueberry muffins with a raw sugar topping - no liners. they just lifted out of the pan - no resistance at all! The second "run" was a bunch of frittata muffins - eggs, cheese and all. These lifted out with no resistance as well! The surface of the pan was covered with gunk - all I did was run it under hot water in the sink and it melted off - just a quick swish with a soapy sponge and it is perfect!!I am so impressed I have two loaf pans arriving Thursday! I recommend things very rarely but this product is a blessing for the home cook!!!

This product lives up to the hype. Everything comes out with ease, truly nonstick. We made egg cups without any grease or fat and they just fell out of the pan when done cooking. That was enough for me to fall in love.

This is a great muffin pan. Very strong and durable, very heavy! My first experience with this cookware line. I feel like I still have some burning on the bottoms and uneven bake on my cupcakes, and also still some sticking, so I went back to using liners with it. I'm not sure I'd spend this much on it based on my experience. Maybe I need to trial other bakeware from their line, but so far this one seems equivalent to a store name brand tin that I have.
