This is not a mirror. The reflective surface is matte.
You might be able to use this to concentrate light at the focal point, but it will not work as a spotlight. The matte surface disperses the light.

Reflector was very poorly packaged. The center hole area has no padding at all and the one I received is dented in three places around the hole. (I expected damage when I saw the condition of the box. Any serious weight on the box while in transit would do this.) I'll have to hammer the dents out before I can mount anything. For the price, the reflector should be better packaged. Obviously, I can't say how well it works as a reflector yet but it seems very sturdy and will have no trouble holding it's shape in use.
