Works great! Easy to fill, easy to program. Great to have the extension tube to spray the moisture mist in any direction. Has made a big difference in the moisture level being it winter & the house is closed up. Runs silently. Does work for a large square footage, my homes square footage is 1200. Nice to have the night light easy to see the water level in the tank. Would highly recommend this humidifier.

I ordered this lacidell large room humidifier mostly for the amount of area it covers along with the many positive reviews. I must say it does exactly as it states. We heat with a wood stove so definitely need to humidify. Have tried many other brands but they all fell short. I like that it holds a great amount of water and is easy to clean. Minimal, barely noticeable noise level, looks good in a room, great value for your money. The only downside is that it leaves a white film on everything, I have tried the leem one demineralizers which have minimal effect. I reached out to the company to see if they have come out with a filter for the unit. I received a prompt response from them, so I’d give their customer service an A+. Sadly there’s no filter but they did suggest to try the little blue fish demineralizers so I will give them a try. All in All it does as it states and we are happy with it. My only suggestion would be to add wheels to the bottom for easier mobility as the plant holder base with wheels is not strong enough to roll if the humidifier is full. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking for a humidifier that covers a large area.

This is the only humidifier that actually raised the humidity level in my home. I purchased multiple Lacidoll humidifiers (a total of 4) a few years ago after trying other brands that barely moved the needle. These, on the other hand, noticeably raised indoor humidity and helped make the air feel more comfortable—especially during the dry winter months. They run quietly, hold a large amount of water, and require far less frequent refilling than smaller units. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. After several years of flawless use, one unit developed an issue. I reached out to Lacidoll, and their customer support was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to review my situation and offered thoughtful solutions, which really reinforced my confidence in the brand. Overall, this has been a reliable, effective humidifier backed by a company that clearly cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing a humidifier for a larger space or whole-home comfort.

I love how large the reservoir is so I don't need to fill it regularly. I also love the height. I have 2 large dogs and no dog hair is able to get into the top. It is very quiet and effective. Being able to fill from the top is nice as well. There is a light (you can turn off) that makes it easy to see how much water is in the reservoir as well as the level as you fill it. Two things that kept me from giving it 5 stars are 1) If you fill it to the full line, it over fills and water goes everywhere (easy to just make sure you don't fill to that point). 2) the instrument panel isn't lit so you have to have the lighting just right to see what buttons you are pushing. The display does show the humidity level and what it is set at currently, but it takes just a bit of extra effort to see the buttons if you want to adjust. It does come with a remote (batteries not included), but you still have to go to the front to see if your changes took. I have been using distilled water in it since the 3rd or 4th day and there has been no need to clean the pump or anything. Though I think cleaning would be easy. Having used tap water the first few days is how I realized how well it was humidifying my main floor. My gas stove flames turned orange constantly the minerals in the air from not using distilled water. I bought a water distiller (CO Z) to avoid buying distilled water and jugs. Overall I think this a great unit and would recommend it to anyone.

This product has been a great addition to our home and easily earns 5 stars. It produces a steady amount of cool mist that keeps the air comfortable, even in Las Vegas where the air is extremely dry. It’s been running reliably day after day and has made a noticeable difference in how comfortable the room feels. There are a few features that would make it even better. A built-in fan would help move the mist around more evenly, and a night mode to dim the bright display lights would be appreciated for darker rooms. The brand offers other units with similar options, so hopefully these can be added in future versions of this model. The unit feels well made, operates quietly, and is simple to clean. After continuous use for quite some time, it still performs just as well as it did when new. Overall, it’s a reliable and high-quality product that delivers consistent comfort and is well worth recommending.

We bought this 2 1/2 years ago for the room where we store guitars and needed the humidity level to be at the optimum level for these musical instruments. In the past 2 1/2 years, it has worked flawlessly and kept the humidity at our desired level. In addition it does this quietly, which is a huge advantage over another humidifier that we have in a different part of the house. Several weeks ago it stopped working and the error light came on and the pump didn’t seem to be working. We contacted customer service, and after several emails where they ask us for information and gave us several things to try, they came back with the diagnosis that the pump was not working and have offered to help us remedy that situation. All this wonderful customer service even when the product was no longer under warranty. I highly recommend this product because of the way it works, and because of the awesome customer service.

Poor quality. It worked for one week only. The seller has been debating not to repair it nor rake it back. By every message I send, he gives different excuse. Grateful to Amazon who helped to resolve my issue

I’ve had the Lacidoll humidifier for 4 weeks now and can tell that it works perfectly ( keeps my piano under required humidity levels), very easy to setup, to maintain and fill the water tank. Incredibly silent. I am very happy with this purchase and definitively recommend it.
