Not what was expected
It’s pretty but not for the price. It doesnt change colors like most alexandrite pieces do and since this purchase I have bought another alexandrite ring for $16 that is stunning and one for $4 that is even prettier. They both change color as this one is described to, depending on the lighting. This is a very pretty purple ring, but not at all what I was looking for.

Turned mothers finger green for being 925
I bought this for my mom because I thought it would be a nice surprise because she lost her alexandrite ring many years ago. It is stamped 925 and says that it is sterling silver but is turning her finger green. I spent 100 ish with taxes and think that the quality should have been better.

It was a pretty ring but never changed any color, not with true light or artificial light.

I like it, but doesn't change color as i thought
I like it, but doesn't change color as i thought. Mostly the tame is pink or purple. I sow only once little blue, but almost not noticeable. I will keep it because I do like the size and the look. I just wished that the ring would change color to blue.
