These are some great sleeves. They resemble Dragon Shield sleeves except the art is way cooler on these Fantasy North sleeves. The matte back feels great and the clear fronts make ultra pro sleeves look like garbage bags. The art on the back looks amazing and is very clear. They open very easily, just gently twist the tops. None of mine have ripped as of yet and I play with them daily. These sleeves are tough and could be great for kids being they seem just as durable as long lasting Dragon Shield sleeves. When i received them they were slightly bent, but as soon as i put a card in it the bends in the sleeves went away. The cards sit nice and low in the sleeve meaning it’s far from the opening in the top, far enough that it won’t be effected by wear and tear. Ultra pro sleeves are knows for this fault. After opening them they had to air out for a few hours in my deck-box with cards in them. This was because they were very very very slightly inflated after opening the plastic. Just let your deck sit in its box for a bit and you'll notice the sleeve fits perfect with the card and the inflation goes away. Thanks for reading my novel :) Long Live MTG!

So check my photo for comparisons. The sleeve on the left is UltraPro brand, middle is this product, and right is Dragon Shield. Let me break down what I like about this product. And it’s a dissertation, so strap in.Durability is on par with UltraPro and Dragon Shield. You’ll notice in my pictures that this product is the same size as Dragon Shield sleeves, that is slightly bigger than UltraPro. I prefer that. The cards slide into the sleeves well, and have some extra space. UltraPro sleeves have the card resting very close to the top of the sleeve, and I’m not a fan of that. It makes it easier to knick a card that slides out during a shuffle.More space also means easier to double sleeve. I do not have the pictured cards double sleeved, but I tested it when I opened the product and it worked fine.The biggest complaint I have is the “matte vs shiny” comparison (which is partially on me for not reading product description closer). All of the sleeves in my pictures are “Matte”. But comparing the picture, you’ll see that means different things.UltraPro (left) has a shiny back, with a matte window. FantasyNorth (middle) and Dragon Shield (right) both have a matte back with a shiny window. I like the shiny window the best, I think it makes the cards cleaner and nicer to look at. But I prefer shiny artwork, so I chose matte thinking that the window would be matte since previously, that had been my experience with UltraPro sleeves that had artwork, and this was my first time buying Fantasy North.I also haven’t been able to play these sleeves at anything other than kitchen table matches, but I shuffle the same no matter where I am. So far the artwork hasn’t scuffed up at all. I’ll definitely buy again from this seller.

I'm part and partial to dragonshield, that being said these are nice sleeves, no issues yet, but I haven't played many games yet.Love the art, bought for a zombie deck, looks nice.

The art is exactly what you expect and the matte finish is extra soft. Played the first game with them last night and they seemed to do fine.

as a infrequent buyer I found they treated me just like the bigger customers. Packing delivery quality every detail. was great.

So these sleeves are cool. However functionally they have issues. Two major issues. 1. They stick together and it makes it really hard to shuffle them and separate them. They clump up is the best way I could describe it. 2. The sleeves are already starting to come apart at the seams and I only play max 3 times a week. I dont figure they will last another 6 months. Real shame because the designs are really cool.

Amazing art but unfortunately, not a very good product. After sleeving my cards and shuffling for a game, the corners were damaged. After 2 games, it was obvious that these sleeves are not durable at all and horrible quality. Its unfortunate because Fantasy North also has play mats and again, the art is super cool but the products quality is not good at all. Not good for tournament play.

We have 5 different artwork sets and I really like the artwork and was happy to show them off at game nights. Unfortunately, the required shuffling of decks has taken a toll on these very quickly. Corners and edges have turned white and the odd sleeve is peeling slightly. A huge shame, as the artwork is what drew us to these, but in practice, they really don't hold up well to being used for their purpose.
