The construction of the chair is very good putting it together was a little difficult because of the fabric used I would’ve preferred canvas.

Very rough and crooked assembly.The joins in the chair had to be modified to for it to function properly.

The quality of these chairs is truly awful. I bought two. (I would have uploaded pictures to illustrate my points but Amazon seems not to accept pictures from iPhoto)- The gulleys for the covers and rods were full of compacted sawdust- The covers do not fit the chairs. The backs are approximately 3cm too narrow (they both differ), which means that the seats will not drop and sit on the side supports. To do so would probably cause the thinner parts of the seats to break.- The teak used in the two chairs is of different thickness, one to the other.- The vendor offered me a miserly total of £20 or, the return of the chairs. i.e. he was offering me the probable cost of his return transport. Some compensation. He would not budge on this amount.- I like the design of the chairs and, having calculated the required sizes, I opted to have some new covers made at a little over the cost of the compensation offered.- In future, I would avoid like the plague, these chairs and the company who sells them

Der Stuhl ist optisch sehr schön. Wir haben ihn zum zweiten Mal gekauft. Diesmal kam allerdings ein Stuhl an, der nicht aufzubauen war. Man konnte ihn gar nicht aufklappen, weil er völlig verzogen war. Außerdem ist es unmöglich, den Stuhl zu beziehen, ohne die Bezüge erheblich zu verschmutzen. Nach viel hin und her haben wir endlich ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett bekommen. Was für ein Aufwand, einen völlig unbrauchbaren Artikel dieser Größe wieder zurück zu schicken! Die Krönung war allerdings, dass wir als Ersatzlieferung im Rahmen einer sogenannten Rollretoure einen offensichtlich gebrauchten und verschmutzten Stuhl erhalten haben. Dieser Stuhl wurde von einem anderen, unzufriedenen Kunden zurück geschickt wegen der beschmutzten Bezüge. Das konnten wir dem beiliegenden Brief des Kunden entnehmen. Wenigstens kann man diesen Stuhl aufbauen und darauf sitzen. Wir haben ihn behalten, um uns und dem Verkäufer weitere Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen. Unser Fazit: von diesem Anbieter kaufen wir voraussichtlich nie wieder etwas.
