I use them once or twice a week, and my color looks salon-fresh every time. Just be sure to wear gloves—this stuff is powerful! If you want icy, fresh blonde or silver hair, this duo is a must. Absolutely will purchase again, however the packaging needs to be changed.

I ordered this after a lot of research and tutorials on the best purple shampoos. So many people have gotten AMAZING results from this stuff, so I decided to give it a try! I have 100% natural light ash blonde hair with 100% natural highlights (yes... I'm one of the 2% population of the world with NATURAL blonde hair ;-) !!!), so I wasn't sure how well it would work with natural hair color since my hair has never been lightened, and since there were no reviews with natural blondes using it. 1) I put the No Yellow shampoo on my dry hair, although I did use a spray bottle to dampen my hair once the shampoo was in since I couldn't get it lather up and distribute evenly through my hair. It is pretty concentrated, so it probably works best for most people with longer hair to use on damp hair since it takes a lot of product to coat dry hair (which is what I'm going to have to start doing since I have very long hair which takes a TON of product!). Once my hair was fully coated I twisted it into a bun on top of my head and covered with a shower cap. I left it in for about 5 minutes then washed it out. 2) After towel drying my hair about 80% dry I put in the No Yellow Mask and left it in a bun with a shower cap on for a little over 5 minutes. I rinsed thoroughly in the shower. The results were amazing! The mask made my hair SOOO soft and tamed! The shampoo and mask are VERY pigmented... my hands were slightly stained, but scrubbed of in the shower with a washcloth. The products did not leave any purple tint on my hair... so I will leave the products in my hair even longer next time! I will definitely keep buying these products!

Works great on my grey hair. I leave it on fur a long time (20 min) to turn parts of my purple.

AWESOME product!! My natural hair color is medium brown; however, started going very gray by age 20. I'm now 45. So after years of boxed color dyes, from Auburn, light brown with highlights, attempted blonde but actually got orange, etc., I got sick of covering my silver streak every 3 weeks, so my hairdresser came up with a plan to lighten my roots each month, going from a No 2 (dark brown) to No 10 (platinum) & doing a highlight job once a year & using Olaplex to keep the damage to my hair down to a minimum. This process took approx 3 yrs. Now that she got me to platinum, I can let my gray grow in without there being such a stark contrast, but of.course I noticed the yellow/brass color showing. I researched thru Pinterest & stumbled across the Fanola brand & decided to try. So glad I did!! I left the shampoo on for approx a minute & the mask on my middle & ends for approx 2-3 min - I wasn't sure how it would take to my hair, so I did the minimal time b/c I didn't want it turning purple! Now I know I can leave it a bit longer. I highly recommend these products! It's worth the price! And you only have to use it a few times a month. I only wash my hair once a week & just refresh daily. I have naturally curly hair, but straighten it on occasion. These products do tend to cause some dryness, but nothing a good leave-in conditioner can't handle. Hope this review is helpful!!

Of course, you should always read all the reviews for a product before purchasing and let me just tell you, YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS! 1. This product smells like STRAIGHT a$$, BUT it is probably one of the most AMAZING purple shampoos I've ever used before and I've been a fake blonde for about 4 years now, so I've been through them all at this point. 2. It WILL dye your skin purple (on your hands and arms, but not ears, back or neck - shampoo got on my arm for about 30 seconds and my arm had a purple tint to it), so to resolve this issue I bought disposable rubber gloves with mine to keep my hands from turning purple. My hair is silver blonde with a shadow roots (it helps with the maintenance of the blonde a little bit better considering my hair is deep brunette and my roots would show a week later). After one use of the shampoo and mask (conditioner) (I left them both on for about a minute) I noticed my roots were a tad bit lighter, so I decided to experiment a few days later and leave them in for the full 5 minutes each as directed on the bottles, and wow..just wow! My hair has a slight purple tint in some of the lighter strands and my roots are now a caramel color! I just dyed my roots an espresso color about 3 weeks ago...I am amazed!! WOW!!! After ONLY 2 uses of the shampoo and mask, it changed the color of my roots immensely!! I'll be 100% honest with you, the smell is a little gross, BUT there is always a solution for that! To help with it, I used my Wella Fusionplex mask (same concept as Olaplax - helps strengthen your hair after bleaching it but you don't have to wash your hair after using it - you can just rinse) and you couldn't smell the shampoo or mask anymore. It is definitely a toner shampoo and conditioner with a very poor choice in perfume to try and mask the smell. Let me just tell you ladies and gents, do yourself a HUGE favor and BUY this product. I am so impressed and will stick with this shampoo and conditioner for quite sometime! I do not use this product every single time I wash my hair, I do switch on and off with other products. I don't know how it will affect you to use it daily, and I do not plan on finding out either. 100% honest here people - BUY THE PRODUCT!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR CHOICE TO DO SO! And it is CRAZZZZY cheap for what the product is.

I bought Fanola due to good reviews. This site offers both shampoo and mask deal. They make my coloured hair last longer although they do not come cheap. They smell like salon products and I like it. Take note that it may be overwhelming for some people. What I don’t like it’s that the shampoo stains your hands. Also, the shampoo cap leaked during delivery and the seller refuses to do an exchange but rather refund a few dollars back. Seller also sent a cap replacement but it’s not the same one. Original cap is a push up/down mechanism but replacement sent was a pump. I have not tried if it actually fits the shampoo yet.

Really great for my ash coloured hair by minimizing the brassiness. Stains the fingers a lot though, so gloves would be good. Definitely makes the hair slightly drier because of the pigments during rinsing, but once the hair dries it still looks healthy and shiny.

Liquidates yellow undertones but leaves hair blueish/ashy. I tried much better products for blondes.
