UPDATED REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM....I was so excited to get this item as I've been having back pain this pregnancy and heard great things about rice bags. Well when i recieved it the rice bag was broken and most of the rice had spilled out. I'm not impressed...will not be purchasing again.I emailed the company about the ripped product I had purchased from them. They got back to me immediately with an apology. And sent me a new heating pad and gave me a refund. This fabric is much sturdier and the rice holds the heat very well! Great product and great costumer service!

SO much easier than hot water bottle - in and out of microwave in a minute. Retains heat - still warm after an hour . Nice fabric cover - texture , strength, color. A mild rice or grain aroma if you have it close to the nose. Not at all unpleasant. Might purchase some as gifts -

It’s a great product and works exactly like it’s supposed to. However, it’s stitched very lightly and so if thrown around too much or overused the seams begin to rip and the rice filling falls out. In fact, when I received the product one of the sides was ripped probably because the package was thrown around a lot during shipping. Overall I think it’s a great product but because of its delicate nature I don’t think it’s worth the price🤷🏽‍♀️

I decided to hold off for a it based on some of the reviews I saw prior to making my purchase. So far no problems with the fabric no tearing or leaking. It stays nicely warm for at least 2-3 hours and its not wet. I prefer dry hear for my hip. 2:30 in the micro. Its longer and heavier so it stays in place. Overall I am very happy with this!

I had this product for 2 days. I placed it in my freezer and one of the seams exploded and the filling went everywhere. Very displeased with the quality. Awaiting my refund for this product now

Loved this product.Works exactly as described. I have had now for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues with the bag tearing.
