I was always a wired-headphones kind of guy in the past, as previous experiences with wireless headphones have been... not great. The usual kind of stuff of disconnecting randomly, microphone cutting out, taking ages to pair. One day however, my wired headphones just broke randomly. I have a weird habit of just standing up and walking around my room when watching videos, so I thought of getting some wireless headphones this time. Great decision, past me.Fast forward a few months, with these headphones I've finally gotten out of the habit of swiping away the headphone cable around my legs, and I feel so free! It's so great being able to just go to the bathroom and still listen to stuff happening on my PC. The range is incredible, I can literally go all the way downstairs and basically out into the garden before they disconnect (although the audio does begin to have a few cuts in and out and the quality dips but that's to be expected for those ranges). The microphone quality isn't as great as I would've hoped, but I think that's less of this one being bad and just that my previous headphones were really good. Being able to retract the mic all the way inside the headphones is a really nice touch, and the mute button is very obvious and easy to use. Just make sure to turn off the sidetone with the wheel on the right ear, it took me far too long to figure out that it was physically on the headphones and not in some app.All in all, very nice quality, paying extra for wireless is 100% worth it if you get a good pair like these!

Comfortable and easy to set up, this wireless device connected seamlessly and has great sound quality..

This headset is incredibly comfortable, even though I wear glasses. I can wear it for hours and there’s no pressure pushing my glasses into the sides of my head which is a big deal for us spectacled gamers.Feature wise the sound is great and I am told I sound clear when using the mic. The battery life is great and above all I love that I can connect both to my PS5 and my iPad at the same time. I like to play games where I can just grind away and then have something playing on the iPad next to me and the sound of both is piped in through the headset. It really is superb.Incredibly happy with this!

Most comfortable headset I’ve worn to date, so small compact and very comfortable for people that wear glasses. Multi platform connectivity is easy to setup with this feature not being as common in most wireless headsets this headset clears my previous headset being the turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 max. Would recommend

Fantastic headset for PS5, So easy to set up and use. Great sound with a very balanced base. So far I have played Skyrim, Spider-Man 2 and GOW Ragnorock. For the price it’s a no brainer.

Almost opted for the Artics with DAC but decided to try the more affordable Novas.Build quality is good and the sound is excellent. Microphone is perfect and I can use this with ease for PS5 gaming and my office PC.The supplied USB dongle is plug and play and allows the headset to connect to PS5 and PCThe best feature is using the dongle for ms teams while using the built in Bluetooth to play music from iPhone. It's great having a meeting and have a mix of music and voice at the same time

So I purchased the headset and noticed issues instantly. Then within the first week, those faulty issues disappeared. So rather than return the headset immediately, I kept it. Because I actually think when it works, it’s excellent.But. Here we are and I’m now regretting not sending it back because the issues have come back with a vengeance. Loud jarring noises causing the headset to crash. These are also very painful and extremely loud. Totally unpredictable.So you might think ok, they will surely help. NOPE. Their customer service is a disgrace. I’m being asked to record videos demonstrating the issue. How the hell are you supposed to do that on an intermittent problem coming from within the headset? Not to mention the desire to suggest the issues are at my end, with my devices because of course I need to test them on every single device in the house.To be clear, I haven’t asked for a refund. I simply want to swap this headset for a working one (another Nova 7P), just one that might keep my ear drums in tact.I was really polite in my emails. But it gets you nowhere with this mob. So get the headset and pray it works because you do not want to have to deal with their customer service.

Headset has great sound and features that can be controlled through the GG app which at this price point is great. The bluetooth is great for having phone connected while gaming. Headset required update upon opening and was having issues before doing the update. Personally comfort is where this headset let me down as an owner of the previous generation artic 7P, I found those to be far comfier in longer gaming sessions and to be honest a better build quality overall, the nova 7P feels slightly cheaper. The main reason for the discomfort in the nova 7P were the small ear cups which don't have much depth compared to the old artic 7P, also the nova 7p seems the have a high clamping force on the top of the ear cups and little clamping force on the bottom which doesn't make a great seal around the ear. As a glasses wearer this created a small amount of pressure on my big ears causing ear ache about 1 hour into gaming despite trying all adjustments. This comfort issue may be resolved by replacing the ear cups with some deeper padded ones but at a price of almost £200 I wasn't interested in spending more on it when my old headset the artic 7p was faultless from new. This is my personal opinion on comfort it may be different for you as my other half found them comfy but she doesn't wear glasses. Overall the headset is really good and will perform very well for FPS and story games as long as you find them comfy.
