Simple design, incredible function
Tight hamstrings, this simple solution will pave the way to efficiently and effectively stretching you all the way out. Incredibly helpful and although pricey, it’s worth the money when you don’t have help to fully stretch you out. Game changer.

This thing really works!
I was skeptical as I hit “place order” but am finding that if you use it several times a day, it really stretches problem (tight) areas and provides pain relief.

Easy and effective! Well made.
This device was recommended by my physical therapist. It is worth every penny! I have problem arthritic knees. A gentle one minute stretch 2 or 3 times ma day has already improved my knee mobility. I highly recommend it. Probably best to check with an MD or PT first to be sure it is appropriate for your issue.

Overpriced, but *fantastic*
Game changer! Best hamstring stretching device!(Minus 1 star for it being quite overpriced for the cheap materials and basic design)

Amazing results. Tight calf, hamstring and ITBS relief fast.
After a long period of 15,000-20,000 steps a day while pushing through the nagging calf pain I overstressed my right foot and was off my feet a couple of weeks. This escalated my tight calf to a point that I could barely put down 300 steps a day. No orthopedic (knee, hip, back nor podiatrist), and no physical therapy was fixing the problem. Every doctor wants to write an RX or looks for repeat visits every 90 days for Cortizone injections. Not an No orthopedic (knee, hip, back nor podiatrist), and no physical therapy was fixing the problem. Every doctor wants to write an RX or looks for repeat visits every 90 days for Cortizone injections. Not only is this only a tiny relief of pain. I am looking for a solution to the problem! Once at PT they had me work with one of these. I don’t know why we didn’t pursue with this device more but I stumbled upon this on the Internet, so decided to give it a place in my own at home adventure to resolution. I followed the directions exactly and did the exercises per the card supplied (picture attached), and immediately could tell this device would help me if only a little bit. What I discovered following the steps on the card is I have an IT band problem. This small self diagnosis has allowed me the liberty of continuous improvement. Also, Sam posted that the rectangular accessory that pads the foot area is complicated or impossible to attach. It could be that this piece has been modified, but I found absolutely nothing to prevent me from applying the accessory to the device. I have attached a picture to show how I did that. Yes, I pulled the Velcro strap kind of tight to allow the Velcro to stick to its padding but I had no problem doing this, so I hope you will have the same results. I did follow a suggestion I found (that suggestion may have been in a review but I want to think I read it somewhere else) to suck my lower stomach in and lift my pelvis while doing these exercises, and I truly believe that helped. Lay flat on the bed and align your body well for best results.Happy Healing !

Simple but Effective!
I absolutely love this item because I had a total knee replacement in January. I really believe this will help improve my range of motion. Although, I do wish the bars were a little longer so that I could slide the brace above my knee as well as below my knee!

Sturdy and Effective
I had concerns about the tubing possibly being flimsy and weak, but that is definitely not the case. It is actually very rigid, and feels substantial. Clever, effective design. If I were to search for a gripe, it might be that the upper webbing can be a little uncomfortable on the shin, so a little padding might be nice there. Also, some arm strength is required, so this may not work for everybody.
