Had no huge expectations for these but needed for a trip when I knew I'd have swelling and pain. Didn't have a freezer in hotel room but a fridge, and even the coolness of the fridge temp cooled the gel significantly and these were SUCH a relief and felt SOO good to put on to tired aching swollen feet and ankles! My daughter ended up getting a bad sprained ankle during same trip at a volleyball tournament, and she used one of them every evening following her injury and she said it felt good to her too and helped a lot with pain and swelling! I was also concerned about size, but the seem to magically stretch and conform to whatever size foot goes in! My daughter wears a 9.5/10 and has slim feet and ankles, I wear an 11 (11W or 12 when swollen) with significant ankle swelling edema, and they fit me just fine! And my husband is on his feet all day for work and often has pain...he's a size 13 in men's and they worked for him too! Now that we're back home I just keep them in the freezer in a sealed bag. They're not washable which is the only drawback but just make sure you're showered with clean feet going in and you won't have any issues. :) PS - the Velcro straps are long, very stretchy, & hold well. The material of the bootie itself is hard to explain but soft and squishy, and also extremely stretchy! Easy to use - just cool em down and slide em on! Work amazingly well!

Enjoying it every night. Cools my feet and helps to fall asleep. It lasts for about 10 mins. Especially helpful after a long day of walking or standing.

I get swelling and pain in one of my feet at night occasionally due to a neurological condition. This is a lifesaver on those bad nights. I keep it in the freezer so I can use when needed. Feels comfortable enough I can go to sleep with it on, and it’s not so cold that I worry about keeping it on my foot too long to cause any damage.

Perfect for a gel based cooling pack for feet! Does not cause frost bite and easy to put on for short term ice pack. Forms to the foot without causing freeze point on the foot. Definitely my go to for bone on bone foot pain after walking :).

This product is amazing! I sprained my ankle and injured my foot. This was perfect! 360 degree coverage. Went above my ankle. (I wear a size 7.5-8 women's shoe). Got all the areas I needed it to. Super comfortable. The gel was so soft. I would elevate my foot on a pillow, put this on, and watch some shows while it worked it's magic. I didn't try the heat, but the cold felt soooooo good! I definitely recommend this to anyone that has a foot injury. Just know that if you have a larger foot definitely go to the larger size. Otherwise this may not wrap around your ankle. But it was perfect for me!

This works pretty good.This is simple to use. Throw it in the freezer, and put to on like a sock. It isn't too difficult to put on. I admit, I just wrap it around sometimes instead of pulling it on. But, it fits my size 11 foot well.It's not too cold, unlike wrapping ice in a towel. I like that because ice can be a pain sometimes.

I really like this sock. It gets VERY VERY cold. Almost too cold....It stays cold for a few hours. Really helps reduce the swelling and the pain. Quality product well made. The strap helps keep the sock on. Highly recommend.

Does the job but it's only one sick. A bit pricey
