Sliding Pocket Door 30" x 80", 5 Lites Tempered Frosted Glass Panel with Frame and Hardware Kit Set, Interior & Closet Single Door Slab, White Primed - Panel Assembly Needed

Needed a replacement pocket door for an old one already in. This kit included everything (all framing materials) to install a brand new door and although I just wanted the door the price was right but I can't speak to rough install. First the good things. Door is sturdy and as pictured. Package is heavy so be prepared. Door was easy to assemble and glass is beautiful. Very opaque but lets light shine through. I painted one side to match the room. Loved the final look. Now what I didn't like. Door is not "primed" like it says so I wish I had primed it before I painted because paint scratches off easily. Not a big deal since it's the inside part but beware. Biggest issues to be prepared for is that the horizontal slats when you assemble it are not flush with the door frame (see marked picture) and although they look fine overall, the bottom one gets caught on the door guides when opening and closing unless I do it slowly and carefully. I will have to find a way to smooth that out but it's really a hassle. Other thing is the door does not come with a handle and in fact highlights in a picture that it is "easy to push and pull" without a handle. What I didn't consider was that the door is recessed in the wall when open so hard to pull it out without a handle. I should have cut in the handle BEFORE assembly and install. Now I have to figure out how to do it without damaging door and being careful of the glass. I still gave it 5 stars because of quality and overall look is exactly what I wanted.

Easy to assemble, good quality door but the one issue I have, in order to assemble the door, the screws are placed in pre cut holes. Once the door is completely assembled the holes are exposed in the front of the frame of the door. . They give you a sticker to cover the holes which looks very cheap. I would think they have a better solution other than a cheap sticker.

Elegant apereance. Easy installation. Fit every space. Performance is simple and smooth. Door durability is long. The material is little heavier than other door you can find in the market. However, once is installed you don't notice and perform better.

Nice door. Bought 2. Frame not included, door requires assembly which is annoying. Windows can face clear side or slightly dulled but neither is see-thru. Using for side-by-side closet & bathroom doors. Using clear sides to face the bedroom. Wish it came with the pulls already installed in the side but im adding. Soft open & close. Would be nice if it came assembled & frame option included.

Beautiful! Solid door that seems to be good quality! Contractor put it together and had no complaints about that!

I bought and have it professionally installed. Looks good only when it closed. The operation sucks, door wiggles significantly, because the front panel is thicker than the other panels . I cannot put a larger plastic guide to stop the wiggling because I cannot close the door. I put two stars just because it looks good, otherwise product and operation of product suck.
