Great product and great price. It's usually hard for me to grow my nails as they break so easily, but I've definitely noticed a difference since taking these vitamins! I also have had an issue with my hair breaking and have noticed the shafts of my hair feel a bit thicker and stronger.

I have been losing a lot of hair due to stress from work so I seek for a supplement to help me grow hair. This one was the perfect option. It has been over a week and a half since I am on the supplements and I have started to see the difference in my hair strength and growth already.
