Let me just start by saying that my ceiling is painted with universe theme, all the planets are stickers and I did the background painting myself now this little device gives it an extra kick it is very impressive and I really love it just make sure you know that if you don't have the background and planet stickers it won't look like this, this device does not give or have planets or the effects of the background but it does give nebula in different beautiful colors and it appears to be moving and also has bright green star like lights, overall I did love it and very happy with the price and effects. I don't plan to use it every night so as far as durability I have no clue how long it will last, this little astronaut has a lot of range I put it on the floor and it's still hits the ceiling the reason I put it on the floor it's because I don't want the laser lights of the green stars pointing at my eyes that's just me you don't have to. I am going to use it whenever I feel like relaxing in my room contemplating the Universe in my ceiling, hope that helps.

This is a great projector. Much better thank our last one. Remote allows us to just open the door and change whatever we want and not wake the baby. Small, so you don't need alot of space.
