I'm a fan or truffle oils and have been tried some of them , I liked the taste of this one no deep strong , balanced I guess I'l call it, good aroma, I tried some with a salad and some popcorn and went well. Don't know if every bottle have it but I found a piece of truffle on the bottom as well.

Smells good tastes only like Olive oil. Disappointed

I love using this on pasta and most everything else. The aroma just fills the kitchen.

Olive oil is not overpowering. Use it for eggs, veggies especially asparagus and Brussel sprouts.

I expected a more concentrated truffle flavor for the price.
