I love to make my own chocolate spread to eat if I get a craving. A little organic: coconut oil or plant butter, cacao powder, maple syrup or coconut sugar and vanilla! MMMM. This is a good brand according to my tongue. I also make vegan pudding now and then and add a little to other dishes. I love the taste and the quality seems excellent to me.

Exactly how I like my cacao dark and unsweetened. I will put a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning. In the afternoon I'll have a tablespoon in hot water. The chocolate aroma is great.

This is a great product, so far I'm enjoying it as a hot beverage. I'm hoping that the health benefits will be noticed down the road, I guess we will see

I think the cacao powder is good- it's definitely fresh and can tell it's raw and pure cacao powder. I have ordered pure cacao powder before many times from a different company so I am new to this product. I can tell it's more "raw"(if that makes any sense). Only reason why I didn't give it 5star is that, because i purchased this to make dark chocolate, and it is much more "strong" in flavor, including bitterness, my dark chocolate ended up tasting too "raw" and too "strong(including bitterness). I am sure some people will actually prefer this type of flavor, and I may too, but I need time to play with my recipe to know for certain. As this product is new, I wanted to leave a review as soon as possible for the company sake, hence for now, 4 star rating. I will leave new/adjusted review later once i have been able to try new/adjusted recipes.

I like this product, good taste not bitter, and will buy it again.

I'm undergoing cancer treatment and was instructed to add cacao to my diet. One tablespoon in smoothies punches up the flavor, along with a pinch of stevia. It's delicious, blends in smoothly and tastes great once sweetened to eliminate the bitter taste. I would recommend the product.
