Stacy'sNaked Pita Chips Natural, 28 Oz

Great snack, replaced chips for me. Very good, doesn't go stale quickly and goes great with dips.

The chips taste good, however, they arrived crushed into tiny pieces. It looked as if someone had practiced soccer with the bag.

I eat these things all the time. Good with many foods and a great, quick snack as well.

I bought these as a semi-joke for my boyfriend for his birthday. He is oddly obsessed with Stacy's Pita Chips so I bought the biggest bag I could find. They came shipped in a medium size box with about 5 other small/light items that were stationary in the box. The bag of chips was completely smashed and the pieces turned to crumbs. I did read other reviews that this was common, but I thought I was clear from that happening because they were ordered with other items. Would likely not buy again, and would rather just purchase a bunch of small/regular size bags.

I already had the Stacey’s Pita Chips in a different packaging (24 small bags with approximately 12 chips each), and I decided to order two big bags of them on the assumption that it would be more convenient. That was a mistake. The taste was great, the delivery was on time, and so everything should have been perfect – but the pita chips came pulverized. Except for a couple of one square inch chips that I had to dig to find them, everything else was broken in small pieces. I assume that this happened because of the inadequate packaging – and probably because one big bag of chips does not, and cannot allow enough space between the chips, which means that during the transportation very few of them would ever stay in their original shape and size. Don’t buy them in this packaging version, unless you’re OK with using a table spoon to eat pulverized pita chips. Zero stars for the packaging and five stars for the chips themselves, which results in an average of 2.5 stars.

I love Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips. I have bought them for awhile from my local grocery stores. I really like the simple taste and texture of these chips. When I stumbled across this product on Amazon, I decided to try it. However, when the bag got to me, the chips were in small pieces. There were very few full chips in the bag. I order chips online from other places and know that it is possible to get bags of chips that are pretty much intact, but not with these.I recommend the product. I do not recommend this version of them from Amazon.
