Faucet
It's a very good product apart from the plastic faucet which screws into tap comes apart due to cheap and cross threads and falls into sink. Which I found annoying. So I bought a new metal faucet adapter and replaced it and now it works amazing. Need to supply metal faucet instead of cheap plastic

Not efficient
The media could not be loaded. I bought this hoping to replace my Zero water filter but unfortunately not the case.Yes the design asthecic is pleasing and once attached (which does take some time) is easy to use and appears to be of sound quality with instructions provided in I used my TDS test the quality of the water used this attachment and check the TDS levels and I was shocked! But not pleasantly. Of course the reading from my Zero filter jug was 0.00 but the reading from the carbon filter from this came out as 271!!! I'm horrified. For context I've attached photos and the last photo shows tds chart: Between 50-150 Excellent for drinking150-250 Good250-300 Fair300-500 Poor, not good for drinkingThis does not do what it says it does!It also leaks so does not fit well.

Only slight filtering
The filter has a seal round the lower end that is supposed to seal on the lower part when you screw them together. Only problem is the seal barely reaches the metal so the seal is not fully waterproof so you get part filterd and part unfiltered water coming through.

Its leaking
Its leaking a lot , its fit my sink however its leaking a lot of water and splashing it

First time
Product had clearly been returned at some point. It was covered in finger prints. The packet of seals was also opened.Could not be bothered to return as the filters were still sealed.Water does taste better.But I do add Celtic salt after filtration.
