I originally received a defective tube that fell apart and was hollow on the inside.I posted a photo here and the company immediately extended me a refund and sent a replacement tube and gift :)On top of that, the product is amazing. Great ingredients and perfect application design so you can always keep your heels moisturized without having to touch your feet.Thanks Matt and pedestrian project! Oh My Gosh! I finally found a product that works on cracked heals!!! I noticed a difference within 10 days of using Pedestrian Project! It’s been one month since starting use & my heal cracks (or craters as I call them) are barely visible! I’m a bear foot flip flop girl almost year round & this product is the BEST! I will continue to buy for myself, friends & family!

I love the fact this is in a stick. I can put the balm on my feet without wasting it on my hands and having to clean up after. I rub it on before my socks and shoes and when I get home from work my feet are so baby soft.

I wish I had taken before pictures as my heels were extremely dry and cracked - to the point of bleeding. One week of this and a battery operated heel shaver I have smoother, softer, pinker heels than I have ever had. The fact that it comes in a stick is great - no messy hands. I’ve even been hitting my elbows, too! I did not have an issue with the stick being hollow like other reviews have stated. This is just great and it’s easy to keep up. Will definitely keep this as a regularly used item!

Edited: First I have to say, I did receive a dud initially and immediately after submitting my review I was contacted by Pedestrian Project through Amazon in an effort to correct my purchase agreeing that sadly what I was sent did not pass their standards either and it was indeed flawed. I have to say Pedestrian Project gets 10 Stars for Customer Service and have been sent a new balm which works flawlessly and I love even more than the Dr. Scholl's I bragged about before. There is no doubt I will be purchasing again! Pedestrian Project, you won me over with customer service and a great product.Welp - someone on tik tok had a raving review so I tried it. Big mistake! Unless I got a dud, it crumbled on the first attempt to use it even with the slightest pressure and it is actually hollow inside. I have been an avid user of the Dr scholl stick/blam and love it because it is totally mess free. Unfortunately this one broke up and greasy pieces ended up on my carpet. More expensive than the Dr scholls and it is actually 1.5 oz less and can't even use the product. Hollow inside - absolute waste of money!!!!

Delivery time was good. Received product with a good portion of it stuck in the top part of lid. The part where product should be, has a hole with the plastic part of the roll on showing - unable to use as a roll on as is the main reason I ordered the product. Cannot use most of product as it is stuck on the lid. Wanted to love this but am disappointed that it arrived defective and cannot use most of it.

EDIT TO ADD: The customer service team here is incredible. They saw my review and offered me a full refund and to send me a new product which I gladly accepted due to the fact that it is working for me! Overall, excellent customer service and I will 100% buy from this company again because of it.I like this product so far, it seems to be helping the pretty sever crack that I have in my heel. But I’ve only been using it for a little over a week and the whole middle is empty!?

Didn’t notice any change on my heels. Also did not last long.
