Gummy vitamins are like candy, and so fun to eat! But on our recent visit to my son’s dentist, he warned that most gummy vitamins are loaded with sugar, and the sticky gelatin that makes them gummy also gets stuck in and around our teeth causing the sugar to just be in prolonged contact to our teeth during the day. He recommended brushing after taking standard gummy vitamins OR going the chewable route OR finding a sugar-free gummy. He suggested this one, which I ordered. My son doesn’t really like them though and he tends to fight us on taking them. Maybe it’s just because they are new. I am not one to waste anything, so we will finish this bottle, but whether or not we reorder is still TBD.
