After a bit of a mix-up, my fault, this company and I got together and and I received my clippers. They are wrapped very well and look very sturdy. I got the pair with the thick handles and that helped me cut my toenails with greater precision than any clippers I have tried before. They come with a good strong cover for the blades....use it...I accidentally brushed against the tip and got a tiny cut!!! These clippers mean business! I have had an ingrown toenail for years....it did not respond to surgery...it just grew back. I have been fighting to keep the nail trimmed back without it giving it a chance to grow back into the side skin iif my toe! These clippers, neat as you please, fit neatly into the space where the nail imbedded itself, turning the clipper upside down, (nice trick ,that was....good engineering there..) Snipped the embedded end neatly. I squared off the toe, apllied antiseptic and a bandaid!!!! I am impressed with this clipper! It really means business! I have endured curling yellow nail for years. Finally, a clipper that can cut them correctly! Please be careful where you PLACE these on yout toes....they do cut, make sure of what nail part you are cutting!!! I love these!! I am very pleased to own this pair; I don't think you will be disappointed with these clippers! They are sturdy and have 2 opposing spring clips...just to make sure you always have one (do not use both at the same time....) to help you release the clip after the nail is cut! The clipped nail literlly flew thru the air, so be careful who is standing next to you or catch them in your palm....like I have said before...These Clippers mean business..They work!!!
