Great fix for damaged key buttons.
Easy DIY fit (videos online). No glue required. After fitting, my Hyundai i10 key looks and works as good as new. Massively cheaper than a replacement key. Avoids the need to have a new key programmed to the car. Recommended.

Fits perfectly, but tricky to install
The buttons fit perfectly, but it requires a little bit of a gentle disassembly of the button frame , once you have the frame removed, insert it into the silicone buttons and note where the pegs are located on the frame as this is where you will have to apply firm pressure to install the buttons and frame , you will hear a click when they are fully installed . I think there are plenty of guides on youtube. This is a far more cost effective option than replacing these keys.

Perfect replacement for i20
Perfect fit for a Hyundai i20 key. Highly recommend going to the extra effort of carefully removing the plastic tray from behind the old rubber with a small flat head screwdriver and snipping off the excess plastic around the clips then wrapping this around the tray and clipping back into place. Gives a great finish and looks like a new key. Just remember to clean out any old rubber whilst all of the parts are removed to ensure everything sits properly. If the rubber sticks up slightly, one of the clips probably hasnt snapped in - as I found with mine. Easy to replace if you Google or follow above advice and take your time to remove and clean up the plastic insert. Also seem great value for money for the price difference of a new key especially.

Check YouTube before fitting!!
Well made and matched the original which became tatty and split with continuous use. Replacing takes a little care and patience but the result is worthwhile and brings the fob back to "as new" at least cosmetically presumably the internal parts are undamaged! Cheap fix compared to Main Dealer option.

CHEAP AND EASY FIX FOR BROKEN FOB
Spent a long time searching for solutions to a broken fob - from quotes for £150 for a new key - to buying a new fob for around £8 ( but then having to have new key cut £25 + ) - to then dismanlting the old fob and rebuilding a new one. Bought this - and within 5 minutes had a good-as-new fob for less than a fiver.

A good, cheap repair
My key buttons were perished, and at first I thought I may have to replace the keys completely. Then I saw these and thought, for the price, I’d have a go at replacing just the covers. It worked fine after making sure everything was cleaned and all the old rubber was removed. A tip for anyone who’s doing this, watch a you tube video of how to do it.

Fitting a Hyundai i10 keypad to Key fob
I bought this keypad replacement a while ago and have only just fitted it. There are several videos on YouTube which show how to fit it and I suggest watching a range of them. The process looks a little daunting, hence my delay, but it all worked fine. I found that the broken rubber keypad came off easily by pulling it with tweezers and the metal border also popped out easily. The tricky bit was getting the plastic holding plate out from the key fob as it is secured with seven plastic pegs. I used a small flat screwdriver to prise it out a bit at a time and carefully worked my way round. The plate clicks as each peg is pulled out from the holes in the key fob, and although the plate is thin and looks fragile it was undamaged. The pegs have ridges at their ends where they have been burred over initially to secure them and I recommended filing some of this ridge off to make refitting easier. I cleaned all the parts well with a damp cotton bud to remove any dirt then fitted the new rubber keypad over the plastic holding plate, replaced the metal border, and pressed the keypad/plate firmly into place. My keypad fitted well and all three key buttons worked although the bottom button did not click and felt a bit tight. Some videos recommend gluing the keypad onto the holding plate rather than removing it the way I did. This may be simpler but maybe not so secure and maybe difficult to remove in the future.

Passt prima
