This a great product for top lip
Two come in the plastic package and are as pictured. I tried it immediately and it takes a bit of getting used to but if you follow the pictures on here then you’ll have success using it. It took off a lot of fuzz and thicker hairs too. I would suggest putting lotion or oil on the area following this treatment. This a great product for top lip,cheeks, and chin. I would not suggest using it for any other areas.

Worth it for the price!
Just make sure you clean this thing before touching the coil. It has a film of dirt that stains your hands but once cleaned it went away.Compared to the Tweezerman version which is super pricey, this does the job and didnt cost as much. I like that it came in a set of 2 so I gave the extra to my sis.

Price is cheap and does the job. You just have to experiment using it and over time you'll master it. And of course, pulling your hair out with a coil like this, WILL HURT. I see reviews complaining about how much it hurts using this kind of hair removal method and gives certain products 1 star. Well no sh*t it hurts so don't be so surprised and blame the product lol

Buy one that's more expensive
I bought one of these on Amazon a couple years ago and it works really well. Even pulls out those tiny hairs that are a millimeter long!This one? Not so much. The spring is stiffer and the wire is larger, thus it's not very effective. You have to wait until you've got a goatee goin' on, 'cause this one will only grab the longer hairs. Spring (pun intended) for one that's a little more expensive and be sure to read the ratings.

Worked Great!
Probably the cheapest hair removal tool we have tried to date! Took a a few minutes to figure out you had to roll the tool because it came with no instructions but once you figure that out, it worked great! Not going to lie and say it is pain free but it is the equivalent to plucking with tweezers. The biggest plus is you don't have to sit in front of a mirror! Just sit anywhere and roll away!

Painful but works!
It hurts to use but I only need it for a few small areas on my chin and upper lip.Takes a little practice to figure out the twisting motion. I much prefer this to plucking individual hairs, even if it removes more hair than necessary.

Its hard to use. Im sure once you get the hang of it, it will be easier but I felt like my darn fingers would cramp up!
