A Great Value
I have six of these cameras and for the $ they're hard to beat. I managed to buy each of them a discounted price so their value is excellent. I probably wouldn't buy on at full retail but Amazon puts them on sale often. I did have one camera fail after a year of use but GardePro customer service was excellent to work with, ultimately replacing the camera with a new one. I also have several non-cellular GardePro cameras which are excellent. I will not hesitate to purchase GardePro cameras in the future.

Works great
We have property that is a couple hours away, there is no power at the property, but there is cell service.. We mounted this up in a tree pointed down at an angle, it has allowed us to keep an eye on the property without any hassles.. The only thing is, if you are expecting the same quick response like a Blink camera, this is not that.. it takes a picture, then sends it to your phone when it uploads, it doesn't upload as motion is detected.. But I can say when someone walked onto our property it sent me a notification and I was able to send pic to neighbor down the road and he checked it out... Great unit

Eats batteries like crazy, spotty cell reception even when close to tower. Cannot reactivate.
I really wanted to love this camera for the build quality and price. Unfortunately, this trail cam has become worthless in just a couple months of ownership. Initially I had some issues getting it to connect to the cell service even through the T-Mobile tower was right next to my property. Finally, after getting that worked out, I thought I was all set for hunting season. On 11/18/24 the app showed full cell service and 81% battery. That was the last update I received. On 11/24 I was shocked that I had no new pics or video transfers in an active hunting season with a known ton of deer on the property. I retrieved the camera to troubleshoot and after using a multimeter, found that all 8 lithium batteries were completely dead. Very disappointing but I thought that maybe it didn't play well with good lithium batteries. I threw in a new set of Energizer Max batteries. The camera turned on but would no longer reactivate. I attempted to delete it and add as new, but further software issues prevented me from doing this. I expect a trail cam to work flawlessly during active hunting season, but this camera has been the exact opposite. It seems that in my experience, the only stable piece of software is the renewal plan for service where the company makes monthly revenue. I'm out of my return window and missed out on a full week of picture updates during hunting season. This camera has been thrown in the trash and I will look to use a more reputable company for next season. I'd give this 0 stars if it were an option.

Good camera for the price
I have 3 of these cameras. For scouting or standard trail cam it is a good. Pro's - Motion detection distance - Night vision distance and picture quality is ok - Daytime picture quality is ok - Cellular price plans are reasonable - Can get both photo and video Con's - Motion detection seems to be delayed a couple of seconds even though the setting is set to 0 delay. - Videos are low quality, more like a still picture flip book but you get the idea what is there. - Need Lithium batteries to last a season, regular Duracell or Energizer are 30-45-days, and temperature really affects battery life. - Occasionally the cellular locks up and requires a manual reset, which is frustrating, if you live away from the area. It does store all on the SD though. Over all at the price I would recommend this camera.

Good Quality
I use this game cam to see in my backyard. It works well for night photos and videos. It was a little confusing figuring out how the online part works. I like the fact that you can request which videos you get in HD. If you don’t know what you’re doing the videos seem crappy and choppy so note You do have to request the HD photos to get the good videos with sound and photos. I repeat YOU HAVE TO REQUEST HD TO GET THE FULL VIDEO WITH AUDIO LIKE I HAVE ATTACHED TO MY REVIEW, it works well, just make sure you request for HD. All in all, so far no issues. The only complaint would be battery life is a little iffy if you’re getting a lot of photos/videos, however, I will probably purchase the solar panel eventually.

Doesn't seem to work in cold weather.
I've had the camera for two years now. Put it in northern minnesota and this is the second year it has stopped working in December when it gets cold. It used batteries quickly so I installed a solar battery pack. That seems to be working fine but the camera won't turn on. Same thing last year and then started working again in the spring. Hope it starts working again when it gets warmer to prove my theory.

Good Cam, Poor App, No Customer Service
I bought GardePro X50 cell cam. The camera is a quality camera with good features. The app is easy to work with and the data plans are reasonable. However, there is a major problem if you have more than one camera on an app account. The 2nd camera will not upload HD videos to the server so it can be viewed in the app. I contacted Garde for help. However, they never answered my requests. Customer Service will respond with a ticket number logging your request. They never respond. So, now you can’t get your HD video unless you physically pull the SD card. Garde is made and the data is managed by a Chinese company called Zopudt. They don’t care about their customers. I do not recommend this camera because it is not supported by its manufacturer.

Great Trail Camera
Great camera for the money. I don’t like that I have to pay for an app to receive my photos but I assume most cellular cameras are like this.
