Do anyone run with this band?

Yes, it is very comfortable for running. It doesn't slide around for me. I am able to carry my pistol, cell phone, and mp3 player within the holster. I wear it at my hips.

If I am RH and want a back draw should I get a LH draw band?

Left isn't correct. Do you want to point the gun at your self while drawing or have your arm pinned against wall or floor when drawing ?

Hi. I'm Joe, the owner of ComfortTac, and I run with mine all the time. There are some videos on YT of me running in the holster if you want to check them out. The biggest takeaway I can offer is the smaller the gun the better. The band is made of heavy duty neoprene so it does provide good support for your gun, but I wouldn't want to try to run with a full size 1911 or anything like that. I've tested it with a Glock 19, 26, 43, 42, S&W M&P Shield in .45 ACP, Ruger LCP, and a few others. When you get up to something the size of a fully loaded Glock 19 you will notice some flopping of the gun due to the size and weight. So the smaller the gun the less movement. I find running with the Glock 26 is not an issue at all and when you go down to something like the Glock 43 or 42 you hardly notice it's there at all. Hope that helps. Best, Joe Cochran ComfortTac

Can I wear a shirt beneath the band?

Yes you can wear a shirt below the band. Beware that if it is a slippery shirt like an Under Armour shirt the band may slip more though. Best, Joe.
