Good stuff. Wide range of color depth, easy to dial in with dye amount diluted in plain water. I'll buy them, again, when I need more. Small bottles are convenient to store. Really nice color variety. Fantastic coolness factor on wood.

These aren’t particularly vibrant - took me about 40-50 drops of color to get to where the navy blue and I think sunshine yellow(?) colors got with vanilla buttercream (pictured). I also used one drop of violet purple to try for bright white and I probably should have used the grape purple, because I think I got a bit of a pink hue (not sure if the photo shows it). All in all, they’re ok if you’re looking for pastels, but if you want SUPER vibrant/bright colors, I’d go with a gel color instead of a liquid. Gave 4 stars because even with the amount I used, the taste was unchanged, and these are a great value for casual bakers.

These dyes worked amazingly for what I used them for. I mixed them together and with some water to stain my burnt wood.

This works just like other food coloring products. I use powder electrolytes and one brand is clear no matter what the flavor. I have to dilute the electrolytes or I get heartburn so I add some coloring to the water so I know how much I'm mixing together. Easy to drop in and if you want a lot the bottle squeezes easily to get a lot of color.
