The display shows the probable type of metal with an arrow, the depth of the target, DISC/NOTCH range, the level of SENS with segment, the operating mode, and low battery indication. It has 3 distinctive sounds and 2 different colored LED indicating different metals. Blue LED indicates non-ferrous metals, while the red indicates ferrous.
