Super quick results!
My 3 month old recently had a rash on his thighs from how heavy of a wetter he is during the night. I used this product and literally within 1 day I saw the rash begin to dry up and heal, on day 2 the rash was completely healed and the dry skin was already scabbing off, but totally healed!Yes the product is thick, but you can take a pea sized amount and rub between your index and thumb and it will be all you need. This stuff is POWERFUL so you end up not needing globs of it (ends up being more affordable that way too!). I don’t use it daily because I save it for the serious rashes but we cloth diaper and it comes right off so it’s cloth diaper friendly too!

Thick, protective consistency. Simple ingredients
I've always been an advocate for Mama Natural and her products. But I can confidently say that this cream is just what I was looking for my lil baby's bum. It's simple and natural ingredients make it a no-brainer in knowing whether it's safe for my child. Plus the consistency is super thick but still easy to spread so it provides the perfect protective layer between his skin and the diaper. I apply it every night before night sleep and it has kept his bum super soft and healthy! I was using Boudreaux butt paste but was dissatisfied because it got super liquidy and slimy/messy toward the end of the bottle and thus wasn't offering any healing benefits. I will definitely be ordering more of Mama Natural's cream so we have a backup bottle for when we run out.

Works Really Well but a little thick at first
This cream works really well. My son is 18 months old and we have been using it on his very stuborn diaper rash. He has sentive skin and is easily affected by acidic foods. This cream clears up his poor red skin fast. It is thick and has good coverage. I almost gave it 4 stars because he paste is very think and hard to spread at first. If the room is 68 deg instead of 70 deg it will roll off his skin without spreading. Once it warms up a bit on his skin it will spread. Ultimately, I had to give it 5 stars because it works so well.

Why is it so chunky??? I hate it!
Did I get a bad batch or what?? This leaves a bunch of little chunks, and I had to wipe one out of my babies private areas because a huge chunk had gotten stuck. Awful, shake my head. I love mama natural but this is not good!

Great Diaper Cream
This diaper cream is great and one that I can feel good about using on my children. It does have a bit of a grainy texture, which is my only complaint about it. Otherwise, I love that it contains a probiotic, as not a lot of other diaper creams do!

Diaper rash gold
This product is a must have. I love this diaper cream, it gets rid of rashes same day. It might be thick and clumpy, but it is worth it. I gift it to every new mama.

Be Careful if Using On Eczema
My 6 month old has a severe case of eczema. I bought this cream thinking it might help reduce the inflammation and itching, as it has ingredients in it that are hypothesized to be good for eczema. Plus the ingredients are very clean--no sketchy chemicals or fragrances. However, I'm not sure if my baby is allergic to an ingredient in this, or if it is just not a great idea for eczema, but putting this on her eczema really aggravates it. The rash gets inflamed and leathery, and she scratches open her skin. I've tried this 3 or 4 times weeks apart, and each time her eczema gets worse and she cries all day until I give her a bath and wash off the cream.I give this product 3 stars just because it might be that this product doesn't work for my particular child and may work for yours, and I like all the ingredients and think (in theory) that it could be really good for skin rashes. I just wanted to write this review to give a head's up to anyone thinking about using this for baby eczema to think twice or to make sure to test it on a small portion of your baby's skin before slathering it all over their rashes.

Saved my baby’s butt
My baby has had chronic diaper rash pretty much since she was born. I tried a handful of petroleum free diaper balms to no avail. Finally I caved and got the commercials brands like aquaphor and those didn’t work either. I saw this one on her Instagram page and was compelled to buy because I had not tried one with probiotics and I’m soo glad I did. This has been the only one of about 10 that finally worked for us! Love it ! I do wish it was cheaper though.
