Even though this is a Golden Book and not the right age appropriate level for my granddaughter to read, the story within itself was easy for her to understand and she loves it. She has a love for Taylor Swift and while some of the other books were way out of her reading comprehension this one was very good for my Daughter in Law to read to her and she understands it perfectly fine. Taylor is a sweet, wholesome performer with many followers in a varity of age goups, I even love her so you have a 5 yr old and a 63yearold who both enjoy the same music.
