This is not the first foam mattress that I have had, but likely this will be the Only Brand I will purchase from now on. This mattress is such an excellent value, and as far as foam mattresses go, it is every bit as comfortable and has many more features than some that cost three or four times as much. The whole mattress is constructed of 4 layers of new, high density foam - 2 inches gel-infused memory foam to distribute body heat, - 3 inches of comfort foam, for even weight distribution, - 3.5 inches of "breathable" air-flow high-density foam to retain its shape, and 3.5 inches air-flow high-density base support foam to support your weight. The whole mattress is covered in a finely knit casing, that is soft and durable. And unlike any other mattress out there, the entire mattress is infused with a green tea and castor seed oil treatment to keep the mattress smelling fresh, and to defend against bacteria and skin mites or other organisms. (lovely thought, I know - but how long have you been sleeping on your current mattress?) The box containing the mattress was delivered to my door. It was securely wrapped, and the inside was triple wrapped and vacuum sealed. Instructions for unpacking the mattress were enclosed. After opening the mattress, you must unfold it ; then mattress immediately begins to "inflate". Within a few hours, it reaches its full mattress like shape. However, you Must let it lay flat for 48 to 72 hours before sleeping on it to allow the foam to breathe, finish totally reshaping, and to let any odors from packing and packaging to dissipate. Once you have done this, it is completely odorless, and your mattress is ready to be covered in sheets and used. The first night on my new mattress was amazing. I had a very deep sleep, and I don't recall tossing or turning. Most likely that is because unlike many spring mattresses, you don't have to lift yourself up to turn easily. You simply roll over, and the mattress conforms to your position and cradles you. Also, one thing I immediately noticed is the lack of pressure points on your elbows or knees when making the bed. Now that is a huge thing for me, as I had that issue for as long as I had my other mattress. By the second night in the bed, my back felt tired, but I had a good sleep. I put those aches down to my body realigning to a new mattress, and I haven't had any aches or pains since. It's been almost a two months now, and I feel I am sleeping better, am less congested, and feel better rested, so something is working right. At this point, I am extremely happy with my purchase and have no intention of going back to my old box spring set. Count me as very satisfied, and I Highly Recommend this purchase. I was using the same one for 3 years while I was in US and now using the same brand from last 6 months. I totally recommend it. We liked it. Very comfortable and good sleep experience. However, it depends person to person. Quality and material is really good. I bought it 2nd time shows my satisfaction.

Nada mejor con garantia de 10 años. Increíble colchón, ya con medio año de uso puedo decir que es de las mejores compras que he hecho, tuve problemas con dolor de espalda por los colchones de resortes. Lo compre cuando estaba en menos de 3000 pesos y por eso no compras nada de esta calidad en el mercado, incluso valiendo hasta 5 mil pesos realmente valdría el precio. La calidad es excelente, es delgado pero es bastante firme y cómodo. No le pide nada a los colchones luna ni a otros de caja. Tarda aproximadamente 2 horas en recuperar su tamaño y otras 10 horas en esponjar perfectamente. Si tienen dudas con respecto al peso que soporta mi esposo y yo lo usamos y ambos pesamos más de 150 kilos entre los 2 y no dudo que soporte hasta 180 kilos cómodamente. No lo duden comprenlo :)

I waited about 6 months roughly to see how this mattress would hold up. Pros: very comfortable, no chemical scent when I opened the packaging, always returns to original shape, the cats love it, I love it, great for side/back sleepers like me. Cons: It took quite a while to actually break this mattress in, sort of weird because the first couple of weeks aren't bad but you're breaking in a new bed obviously. I would say it was about a month for me before I felt much more comfortable on it. To be fair though, I did buy the 12in (thinking "ooooh big bed!") which could be why I felt it took quite a bit to become comfortable on it. Overall: If you just need a bed for your kid/guests and want one that's comfortable and cheap, I would grab one from Zinus. I will be moving out from home within the next year or two and so I don't need this bed to last me 10yrs (although I'm sure it probably could last that long). Really loving this bed though, damn. lol **UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR OF USE** Still holding up very well. My slight con is that it causes some joint pain if you're stuck in bed for a while. The usual all night into morning is fine, but if you're sick and on bedrest for even 24hrs it gets really uncomfortable. The memory foam holds it shape well still, no obvious divot in the bed. I don't have any problems myself with cooling, I use a weighted blanket and comforter on top.

Bought the 12-inch full version during the last Black Friday sale. Mattress came rolled up in a tall box. It came out at 11 inches and expanded half an inch overnight. By the end of day 2 it was at 11-3/4 inches and didn't expand futher. If you need to return it, I have no idea how you would be able to stuff it back in the box. It had a strong smell when I first unsealed it but dissipated almost fully by day 3. I bought this mattress to replace a standard spring mattress that was over 20 years old and started sagging in the middle. As a side/stomach sleeper, I found the new one to be quite comfortable. It seemed really soft at first but after you sink into it, it starts pushing back. I think those who prefer soft mattresses will find it too hard, while those who prefer hard mattresses will find it too soft. When I lay down on it, I immediately feel sleepy. I don't find myself sleeping longer or deeper, which I had hoped, but I seem to have fewer aches and pains (could be in my head, probably need more time with it to be sure). Overall I find this to be a nice middle-of-the-road foam mattress for an excellent price.
