I just installed the 8" square shower head with hand-held shower in our downstairs bathroom and so far I'm really pleased with it. The valve unit is cast brass and all the trim, handles, shower head, etc. are all metal and made really well! Installation went really smoothly and I was impressed with the straightforward design of the cover plate.I also really liked the design of the hand-held shower unit. By loosening the two set screws, you can remove the the threaded brass nipple completely and install it in the threaded water supply fitting in your wall. Once it's tight, pop the hand-held bracket and trim back on, level it and tighten the set screws. Perfect! The hose on the hand-held can swivel so no more twisted and tangled hose.I have two minor complaints - the instructions are really poor (they say nothing about the set screws) so it's helpful to have prior experience. Secondly, I had to make and install a washer under the large brass nut that holds the shower valve in place. Without the washer, the nut screwed in too far making it impossible to then screw on the dome shaped decorative piece under the main handle.I'm still giving it 5 stars though because of the low price along with the overall quality. I'll update this review if I have any problems with it down the road.

The shower head and handheld wand work great and look beautiful. Valves are smooth, installation straightforward. Price value is exceptional.

This shower head set is so beautiful and reasonably priced. It looks beautiful in our shower and the hand held handle works great, the pressure is perfect. However, the actual rainfall shower head is not. The pressure is light and the water comes straight down. I’m used to a shower head hitting at an angle so even if I don’t wash my hair and just wash my body, at least my body is still getting wet. I have to lean my body at an angle and head forward everytime I just want a body wash and it gets uncomfortable. I’ve even tried to tilt the shower head because that you are able to move around but because the water pressure is not strong, it doesn’t help.

Installed one in an apartment unit, looks sleek. One of the hoses leaked, and the company worked very quickly to get me a replacement. Would buy from them again.

I love this product! They are made of quality materials! They look great and function great and they are priced great!I need some longer nipples for the wand holder and a shorter rod for the rain fall shower head. This was on my house in the extra bathroom so I drug my feet on this project and it took me over a year to finish. I bought these a year before I installed them! Even still, they were so great with their communication. Every time I sent an email, when I woke up the next day, I had a reply from them. Sometimes they replied during the day also.My only complaint is the instructions aren't super clear and their English isn't from a native speaker but they resolved everything I needed them to. I will but their projects again for my next house for sure!

Could have been a great product. Seemed well built until i turned the water on. It leakes at every connection. First I noticed the wand leaking. I contacted the company and they asked for video evidence. It was a hard angle to show because it would leak on the back side by the wall. I opened it up and replaced the rubber washer inside and it fixed the problem. Then the next day my wife noticed the rain shower head was leaking at its connection. So I thought Iwould try the same thing but when I unscrewed it they made the threads for the connection and the rain head turn in the same direction. As you can see from my picture I cant get the shower rod threads out of my shower head connection and therefore cant change out my rubber washer. You would need a massive size allen wrench or something I dont have. I contacted the company again. They said send a video. I did. They have yet to respond after a few days now. I just put this in with a newly built shower so its not like I can just take out the mixer that comes with it thats connected to the plumbing and return it. So now Im just out the money. Be careful with this product. You might want to check it for leaks first if possible prior to permenant istallation.Update: the company sent me a new arm and shower head. Everything works without leaking now. Good customer service.
