This cleaver is one of my favorite kitchen knives. The wide blade makes scooping up cut and chopped items very fast and easy to then move to the pan. The sharpness of the blade is almost unbelievable for the overall size. This cleaver is stainless steel, with a solid and comfortable handle, and and overall "heft," that makes you feel like you are a fancy chef, even if you're not. This cleaver is very easy to clean, and is attractive to look at on my magnetic knife strip.
