Thick and very well made. The knobby are pretty substantial. Enough to get caught on backpacks, clothes etc..., but I like it. For a guy I have fairly thin wrists, but larger than average forearms and it fits just fine. I have to remove it daily for sports and it doesn't seem to be an issue.

Great quality band
This is a great, top quality wrist band. Soft and flexible rubber with agressive and stylish tread pattern. "Ride On" lettering is embossed on the outside, "Dirtboy Designs" on the inside.Size and fit is good (6'1" 200lbs male), not tight.My product review is for the black color band.
