Healthy, good quality Jowar flakes
A light breakfast with no sugar or milk. Just add hot water and wait for the jowar flakes to soak up. Add chopped nuts, stir and enjoy.

Flakes are hard, they could have been more flakey and crisp. They appear to be little under done.

Bad quality
This product after soaking for 3 hrs didn't become soft. I have used other companies jowar flakes and are very nice but this quality is not af all acceptable. Very dry and tough even after soaking.

Bajra poha is better than rice poha in many sense. It is healthier and tasty.
