this is my 7th bottle of these little beauties. I had awful menopausal brain fog, I found these and thought id give them a try. Arrived promptly, only just started taking them so not sure of the efficacy just yet!

At the time I had problems with focusing on different projects I was working on so I took these pills to see if they would help and although they made me fell different after a while of taking them I still wasn't finishing the project I had started so I thought it would be a good idea to do mental exercises that could help me focus so I started meditating visioning myself in a forest full of cherry blossom trees and started doing this for hours that turned into day that turned into weeks that turned into months until in my visions I see a duplicate of my self charging at me taunting me we entered into a battle but not a battle of fists a battle of minds, a battle of wits no A BATTLE OF FOCUS! We were pushing each other to and frow going back and forth back and forth BACK AND FORTH going at until one of us faulted one of us lost focus OBE OF US GAVE UP! I lost turns out focusing wasnt the problem I just didn't have any passion for the projects I took on
