Have used the watch for some time now and have both good and bad to report.Pros: I swim with it regularly - it is definitely waterproof, where the first smart watch I bought drowned the first time it hit water in spite of being advertised as "waterproof". Easy enough to use, and I haven't had a particularly hard time with the app required. I like the different faces. I was concerned the band would be garish, but it isn't, and I appreciate the rubber material. I find battery life to be 2-3 days, and I like the charging method with the magnetic connector. Pulse rate is sometimes off, but on the whole seems to give a pretty fair representation.Cons: The software isn't much, and could be improved. Bluetooth range could be longer: I get only about 25 feet, which means it disconnects when I go to bed. Connection isn't real good, disconnecting at random intervals sometimes. Pedometer is way off - although it counts steps very well, the distance traveled is only a fraction of what is actually walked. I increased the height setting (how tall I am) to max, thinking that would give a longer stride and it does, but even at the max height setting (7'6") it still comes up about 10% short. The face sometimes lights up at night, which can be disconcerting. Volume of the handsfree is a little low - better have a quiet car with the radio off - but doesn't affect me as I have the handsfree in the car.Bottom Line: I satisfied, for the price, and would buy again. The pros outweight the cons, at least for me.

This is a basic smartwatch. If you are going for the fitness tracker on it you should go elsewhere. The heart rate monitor is highly inaccurate and you can take your watch off to charge and you will somehow magically take 2k steps. It's main purpose is just sending you notification when you have a message. Be warned though. You'll get notifications from absolutely everything. Get a fb message. Well fb app send you a notification, then messenger send you a notification, and finally you get a random third notification for shits and giggles. Same for other apps commonly used. Bluetooth audio never seems to work. There's always some error so I can't say how well the speaker actually is. To sum it up if you need a watch that send you notification when you have an alert on your phone it works great. But for a customizable watch face or anything that makes this thing "fitness tracker" spend the extra and get a fitbit.

I love this watch. I'm a swimmer so it has been great to be able to see underwater what time (or how much time has flown by) it is. You have the option of having different displays to fit your needs. Of course it doesn't compare to the more expensive smart watches, BUT I love having the notifications features available underwater which populate with texts, calls received, and/or upcoming appointments (depending on how you set up this feature). These features are very important to me as I need something to alert me while in the water. The biggest take-away though is how awesome and responsive their customer service is.

I really liked the watch in general, but if I put the setting for it to light up with a movement of my wrist, it ran out of batteries in less than a day, and having to push the button every time I wanted to know the time was really annoying. Also, my biggest complaint is that it doesn't do continual heart rate monitoring. You have to scroll through the menu every time you want to check your heart rate.Loved the look, the fit, the feel, and all the options. I really really wanted to love this watch, but the battery life & the heart rate monitoring were a deal breaker.I ended up returning it. I couldn't be charging it every 18 hours!

This watch worked great for about 3 months. With my husbands heart problem this seemed to be a great solution for monitoring his heart rate. It has been 3 months and the watch has a blank screen. It shows as charging but it does not come on. Just contacted seller, waiting for their response. Will update.

I had to send it back because I could not get it to connect on my iPhone and the watch was actually too big for my wrist. Certain jewelry I’m allergic to and this irate my wrist. I was so excited to have a watch I could wear in the water to could laps.

This an awesome fashion and affordable product! Easy to setup by following the instruction manual. All the setup was done by my son and he is only 10 years old. My son loves it and wears it everyday! It helps him run more and walk more. It brings us lots of happiness. Highly recommend this product!There are two belts and my son combined two different colors. I thought it is a very cool idea!

The watch did everything I wanted it to do but after 3 months the screen cracked. The crazy thing is I don't know how. I looked down and it was cracked.
