Northville, Raquette Lake: Adirondack Park Map (National Geographic Trails Illustrated Map, 744)

Good Map for planning out ADK hikes.

Went on my first backpacking trip on the West Canada Lakes loop and used this map a couple of times to make sure we stayed on trail. It was also extremely helpful in assessing how much farther we had to travel to get to water/lean-to/the car. It’s a sturdy map and I will be using it again since there are so many other trails on it.

Great maps, I can plan hunts very well by these maps. Some areas In the map can be hidden by safety information and legends which is the only down fall.

Bought this 2020 revision to replace my 2013. There is no changes and trail changes over the last handful of years not included. For example NPT in northville still has the Benson road walk not the Mud Pond reroute. OK Slip Falls trail still not shown. Ok reference for older trails.

I got these for my son and his wife who just moved to Watertown NY and are enjoying the beauty of NY state. They think the maps will come in extremely handy.

National geographic maps are the best. Sturdy and weather resistant. What more can you ask for in a map ?

Exactly what I wanted. There are a couple trails on the map that have been redone though and are not as displayed on Nat Geo's map.
