Vest fits me fine for now. XL is a little too big in the waste but I'm in between sizes. It improves my posture and my back and shoulders feel great. Quality but velcro is so strong I feel like the stitching will rip soon. We shall see. Great purchase :)

It has worked out very good. I bought this so that I could tighten up the midsection while exercising. Once the bands got a bit stretched out and I lost weight, I began to cross them over. Creating an X in the front with the two straps. This helped quite a bit because as I lost weight, my midsection got smaller. My chest did not get as small so I was able to tighten up the bottom around the midsection tighter than the chest section. I will definitely buy again as long as the price has not risen from my original purchase, which was just a few months ago. I bought a second belt with only one strap. I am not as happy with that one as I am with this one again because of the double straps. I can control the tightness in different sections of my body.

Order 2 sizes bigger than normal. They run very small

Not true to size at all. He measured at 44 in the waist, we ordered the 42-44 waist and it was so baggy on him. Will never order from this manufacturer/seller again. Waist cinchers were way to big to even fit

Seems to be well made. Have only used it for a week. Issues that I'm not content with is there are seams of fabric in the neoprene. Sweat pours through these seams. Also the lower cummerbund is to large. It doesn't get tight enough to cinch down. Otherwise the measurement guide was spot on.
