Vario Replcment Carbon

There is not much I can say about this product, except.......: It's Swiss Made (which is fantastic), the price is fair, does what it's supposed to do, it arrived ten days earlier than I expected, and it deserves 5 stars. I bought this as a backup to my Katadyn Vario filtration system (which is also Swiss Made). I will recommend this product to everyone I know.

Works perfectly to recondition my Ktadyn vario. Love this filter. Doing some slot canyons in Southern Utah this summer I found myself needing to filter the nastiest water in an almost stagnant pond. I couldn't believe that the water tasted like it was straight out of the tap. This carbon works great.

Bought it as replacement.

If you own, or have bought the Katadyn Vario, this is a jewel for security, knowing you have the replacement if needed. I bought this refill and (1) paper filter replacement when I bought the Vario. Both filters are small, and light, and you can double your water filtration capacity just by having these in your pack. That's just good planning.

Haven't used it but product and shipping met my expectations.

I have not had to replace these yet in my vario yet. So 5 stars for the original ones. I bought these just for replacements. I have gotten a lot of mileage out of them

I bought this on recommendation of Amazon when I bought the water purifier for our son. He had asked for this, and seemed pleased to own it.

Its what I wanted but you have to understand this is a replacement. Havent used it yet but will.
