About the Startup Describe your product in 3 words. Simple, Effective, Hands-free How did you come up with the idea for this product? It had to do with an epic carry in Boston while the founder was attending school. He had to wait for the train and would bend over awkwardly to avoid letting go of the bag handles (because gathering them all back up again is the worst). Long story short, the train took forever, so he walked the three blocks home. By the time he got there, his finger was white and numb. It stayed that way for 4 hours. Fearing permanent nerve damages, he tried every product out there, but realized one common thing - they are all handles replacing handles. He knew there had to be a better way. He joined the army later in life, where he saw a lot of backpacks and weight lifting straps being used by soldiers. That was when lightning struck. He spent the next three years testing and perfecting his design after he moved to Miami. That is when Grocery Gripps was born. What makes your product special? Simple but effective!
I LOVE this. I deliver groceries for my second job and I can fit a TON of bags on this thing. I think I've put around 15 bags on it--gallons of milk, multiple half gallons--all in one trip. It distributes all the weight onto your back instead of your forearms and fingers and the strap is very sturdy. I've put a LOT of weight on it and it hasn't even come close to tearing. You can put up to 200 pounds on it I think. You just put the bags in the strap, velcro the two straps together and lift. Honestly, I can carry about 100 pounds of groceries easily up multiple flights of stairs. Win!

First product of this sort I've tried that really works
I've tried so many different products that are supposed to allow you to carry multiple bags at once, but nothing has worked as well as this! It's easy to use: just hold one end of the handle and thread the other end through the handles on the bags. Then you can either bring the two ends of the Grocery Gripps carrier together to carry the bags with a single handle, or place one end of the Grocery Gripps carrier through the other to carry the bags over your shoulder. Carrying the bags over my shoulder worked really well for me because it allowed me to spread the weight of the bags over my hips and back rather than taking all the weight on my shoulder. I initially balked at the expense of this product, but it's very well made, sturdy, and really makes our lives easier. It's worth the money.

This is the best damn thing I have ever purchased
This is the best damn thing I have ever purchased. I live in an apartment and having to make so many trips was a pain. I can literally carry all my bags in one trip and still have a hand free to open the door.

Good concept, design could use some work
I got one of these so we could make one trip in especially in the winter. My husband gets so frustrated trying to get the strap on and twisted correctly that he throws it back in the trunk and just goes back out anyway. I'll probably be giving it to a friend who lives in a high rise where a trip back down isn't an option without a ton of hassle.

Lifesaver when hauling multiple outdoor sized trash bags packed to the brim down the stairs and to the dumpster of my apartment while moving. Now I can carry 2+ bags at once depending on the size of the bag.

Best money I ever spent
Best money I ever spent. So much easier to go shopping. Just run the bags through the handle and you can add more bags if you shop somewhere else. I have rotator cuff issues but not with this. I see Christmas gifts in my future.

I love it, cause it makes it easier for my husband to carry all the groceries inside. He looks all cute with his pink grocery gripps like he's so manly man he has like 800 bags of groceries!

Great product: poor customer service
The grocery grills is great. It is very well made and really works as advertised. The seller’s customer support leaves a little to be desired. They didn’t provide a tracking number even when asked. Shipping was expensive and slow. All I wanted to know is the status of the shipment which they could have provided with a little effort. They didn’t. Don’t let this review discourage you from buying the product: it’s GREAT!
