Stroope Farms Wildflower Honey, 48 OZ

Love the taste, consistency and color!!!

A few years ago, living as a displaced New Englander in Houston, I sought out local, raw, unrefined honey, and had the good fortune to discover this brand. I loved it so much, that when we had to relocate back north, I brought 5 3lb jugs of this with us. Of course I also use the local varieties here, but for aroma and flavor _ as well as the color and texture, even the fine slight fallout of pollen in the jar _ there is nothing that comes close. I would love to try making mead with this some day. I have not yet ordered this honey from Amazon, so am unable to address that aspect of things; but I would advise anyone considering trying this honey to not hesitate. It is a wonderful thing.
