Not foam as advertised
This thing is NOT foam! It is a painful hard plastic material. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it came quickly and feels okay on tougher muscles like hamstrings. If you are looking for a roller for IT band tightness (which is a common use for foam rollers), this IS NOT what you are looking for!

I ordered this particular roller because, According to the description, it was a foam roller. It wasn’t. The roller itself is a hard plastic.
