I love to use in place of regular sugar. As I cannot use coconut products, this is a great alternative for me. I use it one for one in baking - just make sure to decrease flour by 25%.

This is great if you are looking for a low glycemic non weird chemical alternative to regular sugar. It's a little less sweet than sugar and has a hint of a unique taste. The texture is a little more powdery than table sugar and it dissolves very easily in tea and smoothies. I will order this again.

This date sugar had no flavor at all even when I used more than I should’ve. And the color in the photograph looks like it should’ve been dark, but mine was just about white. There was no expiration date on the package only a batch number and when I received the package, it was hard and lumpy.

It doesn't taste as sweet as natural dates to me. But if you use this in hot tea like I did there will be fiber at the bottom of the cup. This threw me off a bit. Perhaps it's better for baking and maybe the date syrup for liquids. I would buy it again to use in baking.

The media could not be loaded. I feel the amount you get for the price you pay is really good compared to other brands. I have tried the Stevia and another brand and for the quantity that I got with this brand it’s more value for your money.The texture is an of a sugar texture. It’s more of a powdered sugar/flower texture, but like I said in the video it does melt and warm things like coffee or warm teas. You do have to give it a good stir, but it’s not at the bottom of the drink and it doesn’t leave a residue, we can’t taste it in your mouth. I really like it.I have not baked with it yet, but I think it will do well because of it’s consistency, which makes it versatile.

Great product! Does the job.

The product itself is good, but I expected it to be more of a granulated type sugar insteadof a powder. So I'm a bit disappointed. I kept it and will use it in recipes rather than my coffee. I've found it is good in everything, except hot coffee, or similar hot drinks.
