I wake up in the morning usually with pain in my neck and shoulders, feeling sluggish. I bring my oldest to school and when I get back I hop on this for 15 mins! Bam! My pain is gone, I feel refreshed and energized, like I can take on the day. I feel like I am in my 20’s again! It works well! I made sure to look into it first but now, I look forward to using it everyday!

The benefits from this little machine are many. I am no longer plagued with painful leg and foot cramps in bed every night. Sore calves are a thing of the past for me now. I actually look forward to using the vibration plate every day, after my workout on the treadmill. I think my balance is improving more all the time, and at age 72, that is a vital step. My 85 year old brother who has been sedentary the last year, purchased one on my recommendation. He is using it daily, and says it is improving his quality of life through better mobility.

I love this thing! At 69 now, I haven’t mustered up the nerve to sit or do exercises on it yet. I do some arm m. Shoulder and neck exercises and occasionally stand on one foot then the other in front of my kitchen island for balance. It’s energizing and from the first time I stepped on it I noticed an improvement in my posture.

I love everything about this vibration plate! I just wish the remote control was more user friendly (hence 4stars)! I tend to just keep pushing it until I find a shake that I like. I’ve been using it since I got it, about 15-20min a day. It’s weird but I have the urge to urinate within minutes. It shakes in 3 stages, low medium and high! I’d say read the user manual before you jump on it to make sure you’re doing it properly and finding the right program speed. Also, the Pilates bar & resistance bands are a plus.

This is quite possibly my favorite item I’ve ever bought from Amazon. It relieves fatigue, calms my nervous system, is super easy to use, and has multiple settings. It’s made well and feels sturdy but is easy enough to pick up and put in different rooms if you need to. I literally look forward to using this every other night.

After seeing one of these in my acupuncturist's office, I decided to invest in one. I use mine 3-4 times a week. It's very sturdy, and with the variety of programs, I am able to target different needs. I usually watch some tv while I am using the vibration plate and it's not so noisy that it interferes. I have been on a journey to improve my overall health, and I appreciate that this plate helps facilitate lymphatic drainage and addresses muscle tone and balance. I am gradually integrating different postures into my use of the plate and am happy with my purchase. I can absolutely feel a difference after using it. I was also happy to learn that many training facilities use these plates for professional athletes. This item was reasonably priced and well made.

I was excited to get this as it was my request to my husband for Christmas. I recommend following the manual directions before use. It is important to start at lower levels and gradually go up from there. Please understand that it does make some noise and shakes more as your level gets harder. This is normal as it needs to do this for its function. Although I have not had it for long, I have noticed that it has been beneficial to my health in that it has helped my circulation and digestion. I have not seen too much weight loss, but I have not worked very hard in this department due to a fall I had several months ago. It does say that it helps with injuries, however; I have had to wear my shoes that were recommended by my doctor when I use it because I was having prolonged pain in my ankle as I initially used it. It has gotten better with my doctor's recommendation for me as I wear my shoes. Overall, I do recommend it for better health, however; I am still not sure about great weight loss with it.
