I originally bought this item as a gift. Although it was delivered on time, I couldn’t gift it. So, I used it. It’s really perfect to use and perfect as a gift. I choose this product for gifting to my manager. But when I got I noticed the bottom of vacuum flask is damaged. Now how can I gift the damaged product to someone? And the product was not as my expectation

There should be more options of basic colors at least. Not everyone likes Gold color unfortunately.
