The screw arent long enough to hold down 4 awg wire without falling through. Either product is complete garbage or they sent me the wrong lock down screws.

These are a bit expensive, but seem well made. I installed these on 14 gauge biwires, so two 14 gauge wires per plug. The wires fit in no problem. These will accept some super fat wires. I cranked down the allen set screws quite tight with no stripping or deformation. I bought these because the posts on my amp are shallow and not very good. Regular bananas fit very loose. These tightened right down for a solid connection. They don't move at all. This was easier than upgrading the binding posts in the amplifier. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Buy these; don’t bother with any others. I do audio professionally; these are the best banana connectors I—or anyone in my circle—has ever found. They grip tightly to a wide range of wire gauges; they lock securely to the female connector with a screw that spreads the plug end once inserted. They’re beautifully made with an exterior covered in clear plastic to insulate them from one another.Yes, they’re more expensive than most other banana connectors—and we should expect so, because of their quality and vastly superior design to all others we’ve ever tried. Highest possible recommendation.

The fit well as the sound is amazing, I’m extremely pleased with these!
