It's not really water proof. Even in a light drizzle, some papers got wet.The straps are a little thin and can cut into your shoulders a bit.The zipper often gets caught on the zipper cover or on frayed strands on the material of the bag. That was, of course, before one of the zippers broke and now refuses to zip.The laptop sleeve has practically no padding on the bottom, so if your laptops in it, just make sure you set it down gently.Also after 3 months of use, it's started to tear at the seams. There's a pretty large tear on the top of the main pouch (that certainly makes it not water proof).It says it has a one year warranty, but I haven't been able to even contact them. The links are bad, and the website is unavailable.But I guess it looks good?

The color is what originally attracted me to the backpack and I absolutely love it. The price and the quality is wonderful. I am a college student so my backpack is essential in the quality and maintaining my books and everything safe. Its comfortable and can fit A TON of stuff. I've only had it for a couple of months so I will definitely keep this post updated on how it holds up in the winter.UPDATE:It held up the whole school year(2017-2018) and i am a person that doesn’t really take care of my things. It got a bit dirty but that’s inevitable. The strap adjuster broke on me one day this summer but i maintained to fix it by tying it.

I've been using this backpack for a little less than a week, and so far so good. I had been looking for a new backpack for school because my old one was too small, and upon opening the package I was afraid this one would also be too small. Turns out, it's better than I had hoped. It's pretty big. In the pictures, I have a 15'' laptop, a textbook, 2 one-inch binders, 2 compositions notebooks, two books (one being fairly large), an agenda and a calculator. Quite a few items, I would think. I don't carry all of this around on a daily basis because I don't want the straps ripping, but as you can see if you needed to, you could.

Pros:✅ Nice simple design✅ Great stiching / zipper quality✅ Cute color (my daugher picked it out and loves the look)Cons:🍅 May be a bit light/small for those heavier demands of older students - works great for my 1st grader, but wouldn't even begin to cut it for my highschoolers.Summary:My daughter picked out this backpack for her new school year (1st grade) and it will work great! A great choice for a day-bag or for a student who doesn't have a huge load of books/stuff to cart around.

Light weight yet strong and good pricing too. There are no smaller pockets in the small front pocket but I don't mind. Also the water bottle pockets perfectly fit a plastic 16 oz bottle.Update: Today it rained really hard. The backpack is water resistant like against a quick water spill but it does not hold up against heavy rain. Luckily only the top of my notebook got wet but again this backpack is water resistant NOT waterproof.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received my backpack and so far it looks good. The space can fit my 2 1in binders with room to spare. However the inner pocket seems kinda useless because anything put in there would be felt through the thin material. I gave 4 stars for water resistance because yes water slides off the colored part nicely, but not the straps and backing. I'm not a fan of the side pockets because they do not stretch to accommodate larger bottles and actually encroach on the inside space. Overall the bag looks nice and I hope it lasts the whole school year.

I wanted a Herschel type backpack but I did not want to pay the price so after browsing for some time on Amazon I decided to go with this brand. So glad I did because this backpack is cute, well made and large. It holds so much stuff that I find myself digging around for all of the things I can fit into it. I took it on a road trip with me and it ended up being the center of some of my pictures I liked it so much.

This bag actually exceeded my expectations upon receiving it-- It has an inside pocket attached to the back (which I'll be using for my wallet and keys-) but it could also fit a kindle paperwhite in the pocket, so it's fairly large. Those side flaps are actually pockets too, instead of a fashion detail like I'd expected, so I basically ended up with like three extra pockets! It's got a sturdy construction for the price, and the size is pleasent. A great buy, honestly!

My Grand daughter chose this bag for school, as being more "grown up" than her original one. However, nothing fits as it should, the water bottle holder is too narrow to hold a standard size bottle. The inside pocket is too shallow to put books in .... nah!!

It's a good bag. It's a good product for the money. No loose threads or stuck zips etc. It's a decent size and takes water bottles in the outside side pockets. My daughter really loves it as it looks a bit more grown up that her last one

This backpack is actually great for the price, I didn’t exepect much to be honest but it’s very big and sturdy! Great if you wanna add patches to it as well (as I am doing). Has a big pocket inside to hold a small laptop or tablet. Nice, vivid color (blue).

My daughter loves pink and thinks this bag is really good! So far this is surviving secondary school well!

I bought the bag for my wife, she loves it. There are nice compartment inside and a key holder on the little front zip.The bottle holder could have been a bit bigger or had a stretch to it to be able to put a bottle in comfortably.Light waited and comfortable straps.I would definitely recommend this bag.
