If you are going to advertise a steelbook for the switch. Make sure it can actually be used with the switch. What are we ment to do with a steel CD case that does NOT hold the switch game?. You can't tell until you've open it. So now it's a Christmas gift that's useless.

Product as you can see from my pictures arrived damaged. It looks like something heavy was placed on top of it I’m guessing during transport. Shouldn’t happen!Only after requesting a replacement in exchange for the damaged one.I’ve since learned that the Nintendo Switch Steelbook doesn’t come with a Switch Cartridge slot but a CD one…Why?This is literally false advertising and can land Sega into some legal trouble! I suggest this is corrected and fast!

Okay, probably my own fault as well, didn't read the reviews before ordering, but someone at Sega or Amazon made a bit of a screw up with the steelbook edition for Switch users. Why would we need a Optical Disk Steelbook for a game on a physical game card? While the steelbook is of good quality, not gonna bash that, but didn't Sega not want to make a steelbook for the Switch release as well. If not, then a steelbook shouldn't have been offered with the Switch release. I bought The Chaos Head Noah/Chaos Child Steelbook Launch edition at the same time, and it did come with a Switch steelbook, and I doubt that Numskull Games has anywhere the budget Sega has.Still something to laugh at, at least, but a little disappointed as well!

The game itself is great. However I ordered the steel book edition and received the standard one. How do I get this amended?

I ordered this expecting a steelbook to arrive alongside as that’s what the listing suggests however it did not. I thought maybe it’s a mistake and set up a replacement/return. The replacement arrived still no steelbook so can accept it wasn’t a mistake, but would have been nice to have been told this rather than only being able to speak to a robot.

Great game i realy enjoyed this new open world sonic, you can run round , battle enemys and even fish to your hearts content. You can even level up some of sonics abilitys and get him new skills.

I'm sure the game will be fine (bought as a present for my nephew) but why would the steel book for a switch game be a cd holder. Makes absolutely no sense. If there isn't a steel book that fits a switch cartridge why sell a switch steel book edition in the first place. Boggles the mind.

we received this yesterday, we ordered the steel book edition for the Nintendo switch which was great, game is perfect and works fine, son had a great time playing it however, the steel book that came with it does not have space for the switch cartridge but instead for a disk, my only guess is it is for the Xbox or PlayStation edition of the game, rendering the steel book useless to us!
