Excellent product and experience
Fast shipping. Received brand new unit without any damage. Ran few clean cycles, and the first brew was fantastic with medium dark roast coffee powder with coffee filter/pourover grind size. Filled the room with that addictive aroma. No leakages. This machine is for American black coffee. One can add milk and/or sugar afterwards in their cup but that spoils the real coffee taste. Instead, have it with something sweet for that bittersweet experience. Manufacturer website was great too...registered the product and they gave free additional warranty. At this price range, the machine isn't too fancy or rugged but careful handling and routine cleaning/descaling should keep it in good shape. It is simple and easy to operate...refer to manual. Avoid rapid temperature changes in the carafe to prevent cracking. Looking forward to trying different roasts and coffees. Thank you to seller and Amazon for the wonderful experience.

Coffee as Coffee
This is the first time i purchased a coffee maker. Otherwise we had traditional south Indian coffee pot or a moka pot. The first use was very convenient and it did give the coffee decoction. We have to do a bit of trial and error to get the right strength of the coffee decoction. Usage wise convenient, cleaning wise easy. The glass pot carafe is a bit delicate and should be handled with care. Good product overall. Capacity is good for 6 coffee cups. Simple to use function wise. Let see how it goes in future brewing.
